Kenoll Wilson
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Kenoll studied Electronic Engineering via a BSc scholarship sponsored by Texas Instruments at Bedford College (Bedford). Subsequently, he studied Business Administration and Management at Abingdon College (Oxford) on a Royal Airforce sponsored Scholarship. He obtained a Graduate Certificate in British Social and Economic History from the University of Oxford, and a Graduate Diploma in Universal Law, Natural Science & Philosophy from the University of Science and Philosophy (Waynesboro Virginia).

Kenoll brings over 30 years of management experience at the senior executive level, obtained via companies such as Texas Instruments, Control Data Corp, Wang Computers, Hewlett-Packard, and Orange Business Corp. He went on to invest and develop ventures in a private capacity in telecommunications, technology, agriculture, mining, and energy resources. His experience includes the software development and deployment of the world’s first global mobile satellite phone network ICO-NET, and the acquisition & re-launching of the DAMA-Net Satellite from Telstra as ‘Sky Messenger’ to provide voice and data services across the Indian & Pacific Ocean regions which included a US$20M joint venture with China’s Ministry of Information Industries. Kenoll also initiated and entered into a 49-51 joint-venture with CEPREI via a development and co-operation agreement for the development of an online import and export product authentication network that contributed to the ascension of China entering into the World Trade Organisation.

He has served on various private, public, and Government Boards, and provides economic development advice to selected Commonwealth Governments through his involvement and association with domestic and international organisations including the World Bank-MIGA, Commonwealth Business Forum, Australian African Business Council (co-founder), and the Committee for Economic Development of Australia, among others.

Since its founding in 2010, Kenoll has been the CEO of SGE, and originally developed the strategy to enter into the waste to energy sector in 2016. As the CEO of the WTPSA project, he is responsible for all aspects of strategy, direction, and forming partnerships to bring the project to successful completion
Dr Cameron Ritchie
Chief Technology Officer
Cameron has a Bachelor of Science with a Major in Chemistry and a Master of Science in Chemistry and Computation from the University of Melbourne. He completed a joint PhD in Chemistry and Materials Engineering at the University of Melbourne, Monash University, and CSIRO in partnership with Chongqing Institute of Green and Intelligent Technology, and INM Saarbrücken (part of the Leibniz Association) specialising in renewable and decarbonisation technologies.

Concurrent to his studies for 8 years with the family business, as part of a small team he designed, developed, and implemented an end-to-end Market Neutral Portfolio Management and Trading Platform for fund managers in Australia, Hong Kong, and the USA, and co-developed a patented instantaneous graphing & data analysis software acquired by Google. For 2 years, Cameron was an R&D Laboratory Manager and OHS&E officer in the Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence in Exciton Science and was involved in projects with the Australian Defence Science and Technology Group, Reserve bank of Australia, and CSIRO among others, before transitioning to working on solar panel & flow battery technologies as CTO of two start-ups for a further 3 years to take benchtop research to commercial readiness index 2-3.

Since 2021, Cameron has been the CTO of SGE and the WTPSA project. He researched appropriate decarbonisation pathways for the waste to energy industry and identified, technically evaluated, and analysed the integration potential of the current Geomimetic Carbon Technology, introducing the environmental and financial benefits to the project. In his role, Cameron liaises with the technology suppliers’ engineers, the team at GHD responsible for acquiring approvals, IWS & Adbri for technical assessment of offtakes, and the various levels of Government.
Andrew Jans
Chief Financial Officer
Andrew has a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in accounting, economics, and finance from Deakin University, and is a member of CPA Australia.

With 37 years’ experience as a tax and financial accountant and holding Chief Financial Officer and General Manager roles in both the commercial and not-for-profit sectors, Andrew has a wide range of experience in organisational and financial contexts. With two decades experience in registered tax agent and public practice accountant roles he has demonstrated success in developing and executing taxation and financial strategies. In progressing to business management and leadership roles, Andrew has held positions such as CFO and General Manager of the premier Australian infant formula manufacturer Blend and Pack and was instrumental as the deal lead in the sale of the business for A$100M. He was also the first non-lawyer in Victoria to own a law firm, Wundele & Co. This law firm was responsible for all Colonial First State Property Management and Melbourne Body Corporate lease litigation matters. He has held CFO positions in the not-for-profit education sector, including an eight year term with an Aboriginal controlled and focussed boarding school. He has also held Practice Manager roles for a large regional law firm, General Manager and finance control functions in the construction industry and is Group Finance Manager for a medicinal cannabis manufacturer.

Since 2017, Andrew has been the CFO of SGE and the WTPSA project. He is responsible for all aspects of financial control, structuring, taxation and financial advice, with a focus on strategy and execution. In his role, Andrew brings strategic and operational oversight with a focus on maximising value for all stakeholders.
Francis Cox
Chief Corporate Advisor (Legal)
Francis has a Bachelor of Science from St. Lawrence University and a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University School of Law, going on to become a member of the California Bar Association (currently inactive) and member of the United States District Court for the 9th Circuit. He also has an Executive Development Diploma from the Institute of Corporate Managers and Administrators, and NSW Practice of Law Qualifications from the College of Law (Sydney). Francis is also a Fellow Member of the Financial Services Institute of Australia and a former member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
With over 30 years of professional experience as a Lawyer and Compliance manager, Francis has a demonstrated ability to provide corporate and departmental management leadership, ensure accurate and timely legal advice, and review and implement policies, procedures and standards. He has worked for the Sydney Future Exchange, ASX, ING Australia, and QBE Insurance Group, among others, and has been a lecturer at the Securities Institute of Australia (FINSIA) and University of Technology (Sydney) in Corporations Law and Futures Markets & Trading. He was also the Chairman of the board of a Queensland-based superannuation fund manager (MAP) with a particular focus on the management of medical personnel funds, and chairman of the compliance committee for OneVue.
Since 2017, Francis has been the Chief Corporate Advisor (Legal) for SGE and the WTPSA project. He regularly negotiates with external and internal stakeholders by clearly articulating legal and compliance issues and their consequences, provides legal advice to the development management team, and drafts agreements based on negotiated terms.
Andrea Florez
Chief Project Engineer
Andrea has a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Universidad de América, a Diploma of Project Management from the Australian Pacific College, and a Master of Environmental Engineering from Griffith University.

With a background in laboratory analysis, waste processing, project management, and audit & compliance, Andrea brings waste industry-specific experience to the team.
​
Since 2019, Andrea has been a Project / Chemical Engineer for the WTPSA project. She conducts market and technical research on the waste industry and works with the CTO in liaising with the various engineering teams in the Consortium to ensure the technical delivery of the project. Andrea was instrumental in laying the foundations for the project management processes and the Consortium.
Derek Lam
Chief Corporate Advisor (Finance)
Derek has a Bachelor of Economics majoring in accounting and finance from Monash University, and is a member of CPA Australia.

With over 30 years of professional experience in the financial services industry as a Senior Accountant, Risk Officer, Financial Controller, COO, and Managing Director he has extensive experience focussing on infrastructure support and control, tax and regulatory compliance, and audit. He has a proven track record of quality, efficiency, and integrity working for UBS, Daiwa, KBC Financial Products, and Mason Group Holdings Limited, among others, in both the Hong Kong and Australian markets. He was also a member of the board and director for various Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission licensed entities.

Since 2021, Derek has been a Corporate Advisor (Finance) on the WTPSA project. Leveraging his wealth of knowledge, and analytical & detail-oriented nature, he provides assistance and advice to the CFO and development management team.
